Coast Living Guide is BlueLynk’s consumer brand, run by Ben Bedford. It helps Central Coast people and their families enjoy local life, understand living and care choices, and plan a move when the time is right.
You can use the guides and tools freely, whether you stay at home, move without selling, or never ask for a commercial service. Receiving updates and asking a one-off question are separate choices.
Who is behind it?
Ben Bedford runs the guide and handles enquiries. Ben is a licensed real estate agent currently with Ray White. This is a separate BlueLynk project, not an official Ray White website, a government service, a care provider or a financial-advice service.
If you request property help, the agent and licensed agency handling that work will be identified before you agree to proceed. We do not assume that asking about care means a home needs to be sold, or that a family member has authority to sell it.
Useful local information, carefully described
Our guides bring together selected official sources, local provider information and questions you can take to a visit or conversation. Each local profile identifies its category, source and check date. They are a starting selection, not a complete market comparison, a recommendation or confirmation of availability.
We distinguish online research from a visit or interview. We have not independently inspected the locations in the first local-living guide or assessed the quality of the listed care services. Ask about access, current terms and suitability for your circumstances.
How the business earns money
BlueLynk is a commercial business. Property work requested through the guide can earn agency commission on a direct sale or a referral fee from a receiving agent. The relevant agency and any paid relationship will be explained before you agree to a handoff. Your details are not automatically sent to an agent.
We do not publish paid factual rankings. Future sponsorship or paid content will be labelled. A provider appearing in a guide does not establish a commercial partnership or endorsement.
An introduction to a local nurse
We can help put you in touch with a nurse working in aged care on the Central Coast. She has experience in nursing homes and now works in home care.
Choose “Nurse introduction” when you enquire. Ben will contact you first, explain the proposed recipient and purpose, and ask before sharing your details. A request does not book care, establish a clinical service or promise a free consultation.
