Who handles your details
Coast Living Guide is BlueLynk’s consumer brand, run by Ben Bedford. Ben handles enquiries, subscription preferences and privacy requests. Contact ben.bedford1977@gmail.com.
Enquiries and updates are separate
The enquiry form asks for your name, topic and preferred reply method. Give an email address for an email reply, or a phone number for a call. Suburb, timing and a short message are optional. We record your contact permission, optional marketing choice, submission date and reference.
The separate updates form records your email, optional name, chosen topics and explicit permission for ongoing updates. It does not request a callback, a property service or a care introduction. The newsletter is being prepared; signup currently saves your preferences for its launch.
Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, government identifiers, assessment codes or detailed financial documents. Use your own contact details when helping a family member.
Free ebook requests
The downsizing guide form records your email and request date so we can manage the guide request. First name, research context, moving timeframe, sale stage and your own current postcode are optional unless you separately ask for property assistance, when a first name is needed for a reply. You can skip the planning questions. We save the wording of your guide request and each optional permission, its version and the page or campaign that led to the request.
The guide is available to download immediately after a successful request. A guide request does not create a property enquiry, subscribe you to updates or email you the guide automatically. Updates and property assistance have separate optional choices. A phone number is needed only when you request property assistance and choose a phone reply. Telling us that a home may be sold does not ask us to contact you about selling or authorise a referral.
If you choose updates, your preference is saved for the newsletter’s launch. A previous unsubscribe remains in place until a separate confirmation; another guide request does not silently reverse it. Information you type into the downloaded PDF worksheet stays in your saved copy and is not sent to us.
Source information and device storage
During a visit, your browser may temporarily remember the first page, referring website’s origin, basic campaign labels and the most recent guide or tool you opened. If you submit a form, that information is saved with it to help us understand which content led to a request. Campaign values are limited and referring paths and query strings are not saved. Please do not put personal information in campaign labels.
This session information stays in your browser for the tab’s session. If you submit a form, a copy is saved with that request. It is not sent as a separate browsing history, and we do not use it to identify you before submission. Your checklist ticks and website worksheet entries stay in your own browser on that device. You can clear them using the tools’ controls or your browser settings. Avoid sensitive information, especially on a shared device.
How we use the information
We use enquiry details to respond to the question you asked and record follow-up. Where property assistance is explicitly requested, records may also track the agreed route, next step, permissions and commercial outcome. A care request is not treated as permission to sell a home.
We use subscription preferences for the updates you agreed to receive. A resource download or an enquiry does not subscribe you automatically. A recorded withdrawal stops further marketing; it does not prevent a reply to a new question you separately ask.
Before introducing you to the nurse, another provider or an agent, we identify the proposed recipient and purpose, explain a relevant paid relationship, and ask permission to share your details. Choosing an enquiry topic does not automatically forward anything, book care or appoint an agent. We do not publish enquiries or sell access to the contact database.
Storage and access
Submitted records are kept in a hosted database. The owner inbox is restricted to the designated account. Hosting and technical providers may process information outside Australia. Access is limited to running and supporting the service, with disclosures where legally required.
We keep records while relevant to your request or an agreed relationship. A minimal suppression record may be kept after withdrawal so your address is not accidentally added to marketing again. You can ask to access, correct or delete information by emailing Ben. We will explain any information we need to retain.
Owner enquiry alerts
When configured, Resend sends Ben a short notification that a new enquiry is saved, with its reference and a link to the private owner inbox. The notification does not include your name, contact details, message or planning answers. Resend processes Ben’s receiving address and the notification to provide delivery. We keep sending status and a service reference to help check failures. An alert does not send you marketing or forward your enquiry to another agent or provider.
Change your mind
To stop updates or change your topics, email Ben at the address above. Future marketing editions will include an unsubscribe method. The operator records withdrawals before further marketing. If you previously unsubscribed, submitting the signup again does not automatically reactivate your address; contact Ben to discuss rejoining.
You can also ask us to stop following up an enquiry or raise a privacy concern using the same contact.
Advertising and linked services
This version does not install advertising pixels or send automated marketing emails. The hosting platform may use operational or sign-in cookies. Official sources and linked websites have their own privacy practices.
If analytics, email delivery or advertising services are connected, we will update the relevant information and choices before activating them.
